Georgia would like to acknowledge that the land that she has come to live and work on is the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, the Wendat, and the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. It is also part of the Dish with One Spoon territory, a treaty between the Haudenosaunee Confederacy and the Anishinaabek and allied nations. Georgia gratefully acknowledges these Indigenous nations for their gaurdianship of this land and acknowledges her privilege as a person of settler heritage.
